We are manufacturers and suppliers that supplies hoses, pipes and accessories for blasting in the main mining regions of America, Europe and Africa.
Hard work and innovative vision are two essential values that allowed us to find new markets. For over 35 years we have been devoted to the manufacture and distribution of industrial plastic products through injection moulding and extrusion processes, as well as to the engineering and construction of plastic molds, machines and devices.
Quality and precision
In 2015 we diversified our business, and turned our focus to the mining industry, providing hoses for emulsion loading, ANFO and resins, antistatic pipes, pipes for bolters, plastic pipes, load retaining plugs and blasting accessories. Our products provide quality and precision to different types of projects. Our products are customized to the needs of each client.
Today we are developing different mining products in blast operations and we seek to continue growing, building upon the same values that have inspired us from the early days of our company.

ASTAT - ANFO LOADING ANTISTATIC HOSE
Description
Antistatic and conductive PVC hose for ANFO loading. Good flexibility and high strength. Conforming BS ISO 2878:2011 British Standard.
Length of the roll as per customer requirement or blasting project requirement.
ASTAT PE25 - RIGID TUBES FOR ANFO
Description
Manufactured with a special conductive, antistatic and friction resistant compound.
We develop special measurements of diameter and length according to the requirements of mining production.
EMAUS ¾” - EMULSION BULK LOADING HOSE
Description
Hose for explosive emulsion bulk loading. Manufactured with a special compound resistant to friction and to cracking for repetitive rolling and unrolling of hoses.
Used in Austin Powder Red Devil equipment in Argentina and in Enaex Argentina equipment.
EMEX 24x34 - EMULSION BULK LOADING HOSE
Description
Hose for explosive emulsion loading for mechanical thrust loading equipment or factory truck.
Manufactured with a special compound resistant to friction and to cracking for repetitive rolling and unrolling of hoses.
Made for Enaex Ubex One UG Bulk Delivery equipment.

Description
Hose for explosive emulsion loading for mechanical thrust loading equipment or factory truck.
Manufactured with a special compound resistant to friction and to cracking for repetitive rolling and unrolling of hoses. It also includes an antistatic additive.
Used by Orica in UG Bulk Delivery equipment.

RETOR 3 - RETAINER PLUG FOR 3” DRILL HOLES
Description
The RETOR 3 are used to secure the charge in rising drill holes, reduce fly rock & air blast through improved confinement, and improve fragmentation.
Our retainer plug are elastic and by their twelve retaining blades they fit very well to the wall of the drill holes.
SOPEX 19/22 - BOOSTER ADAPTER-SUPPORT
Description
The SOPEX 19/22 is a support of the APD or APB Booster to position the booster at the bottom of the hole with the same emulsion charge hose. Then, when injecting the emulsion, the SOPEX support with the booster separates from the hose.
Includes a clip to hold the detonating cord.
